Hi I’m Lindsay

I’m a qualified PT, fitness coach & pre & post natal exercise instructor.

I live & breathe health & fitness. I am deeply passionate about helping women get fit, get strong & build big sexy guns! You will not find a more passionate or dedicated cheerleader to help you on your journey! My entire life ethos is balance, which is why I created the LMT Fitness balanced approach. I don’t believe in super restrictive diets, there is a healthy & sustainable way to drop body fat, and build muscle – and it’s what LMT Fitness is all about.

Lindsay is the best PT I’ve ever worked with. She just gets me. She really listens and I feel like every section of my program is personal and progressive.
