Hi I’m Lindsay
I’m a qualified PT, fitness coach & pre & post natal exercise instructor.
I live & breathe health & fitness. I am deeply passionate about helping women get fit, get strong & live as their best selves. You will not find a more passionate or dedicated cheerleader to help you on your journey! My entire life ethos is balance, which is why I created the LMT Fitness balanced approach. I don’t believe in restrictive diets, I don’t believe in running yourself into the ground with exercise.
I believe in a healthy, happy balance of food, fitness, fresh air & life. If you are ready to feel like the best possible version of you, I would love to work with you.
