It’s been so enjoyable working with Lindsay so far. I’ve learned about the importance of protein in my diet, how to navigate the gym which really doesn’t come naturally to me, and how to maintain consistency despite time pressures! I feel way more in control, with lots of energy and feeling lots stronger too. Would recommend to anyone!

There’s a definite domino effect – whereby if you get a few things right (water, nutrition, exercise routine) – then you really start to feel you have more energy, better sleep – which then just lifts your mood and helps you feel way better in yourself!

Lindsay is the best PT I’ve ever worked with. She just gets me. She really listens and I feel like every section of my program is personal and progressive. I’ve struggled with weight gain and lack of motivation and have had a difficult year with menopause. She has been so sensitive and really understands how menopause has effected my body and my mind.  I wrestled with juggling a busy life and the frustration of not being satisfied with my fitness. My experience with Lindsay has been great from the get go, she was so welcoming. She has a lovely warm and friendly nature and felt i could open up to her about my reasons behind my fitness goals. First of all the programming has been amazing and even though I’ve been training on and off for 10+ years, LMT is still teaching me so many new moves that I love. I have also learned that I don’t need to obsess over the scales. I told LMT that I was struggling with worrying about my weight not going down and she has supported me to move away from thinking about the scale number and focussing on my measurements and photos and helping me see how much progress I’ve been making.
