A progressive strength training program to follow depending on your goals. The plan can be gym or home (but I would recommend moving to a gym at some point if you would like to maximise your results). The plan is suitable for any fitness level & designed for those who do not need nutrition, fat loss, mindset or lifestyle coaching. 

*Please note some equipment will be required for home workouts. 

Training app

Access to my training app where your plan will be delivered to you. Each exercise has a video demo so that you know how to do an exercise. You can keep track of your own progress photos, body measurements, PBs & stats so that you can reflect back & see your progress & keep yourself accountable.

LMT members area

You will have access to my LMT members area. This includes the LMT Balanced approach content, recipe books, downloads & resources to help you on your journey.
