Bespoke training plan

A Progressive resistance training plan tailored exactly to your goals. This can be home, gym or hybrid. The plan is designed to suit exactly where you are at & designed to get you fitter, stronger & build muscle. 

*Please note some equipment will be required for home workouts. 

Detailed weekly check ins

This is where we track all of your measurements & stats to keep track of the progress you are making. This is all done on my easy to use app. You will be asked probing questions so that I can identify hits & misses of the week & identify areas we need to tweak. I keep track of all of your progress and respond in detail to your check in. 

Unwavering 1:1 support 

It matters to me that you reach your goals as much as it does to you. Knowing what to do is the easy part. Having me in your corner, supporting you is what makes it work. You must be prepared to work hard to reach your goals, but I work alongside you. We decide a level of support that suits you & I teach you how to implement what you learn into daily life for long lasting results. 

Nutritional support

You won’t find any restrictive diets here! I will set you nutritional targets based on your goals. This may look like calorie targets, this may look like building daily healthy eating habits. Whatever suits you & your goals. I provide nutritional guidance on how to fuel your body properly. The LMT balanced approach will show you how to reach your goals & eat chocolate!

Accountability

As you coach, I am always watching. I am notified when you complete a workout, I keep track of your progress & I can see where we need to improve. I am kind and understanding, but I will call you out if you need to put on your big girl pants. Your goals are my goals.

Training app

Full access to my training app where all of your workouts are programmed. Each exercise has a video demonstration & guidance. I monitor all of your stats here too & track your training progress. Everything is in one handy place.

LMT members area

You will have access to my LMT members area. You will have access to the LMT balanced approach content, resources, recipe books, PDFs and downloads to help you with every aspect of your journey. 

Team support

This is GOLD. LMT Fitness is built around the strong & supportive women that it serves. We have a team chat where we share struggles, recipes & ideas. The women I work with are super supportive & are all on this journey together. I run monthly team challenges too so you never feel like you are on your own.
